Meet Shelby

As Luker and Co. Real Estate’s transaction coordinator, Shelby Martin is dedicated to ensuring that clients feel completely confident in the real estate process. That means providing a smooth, hassle-free transaction from start to finish, enriched by a noticeably high degree of integrity, efficiency, and loyalty.

 

Shelby lived all over the U.S. before she settled in Florida. After earning a B.S. in political science from the University of Central Florida, she began her career at a law firm.

Interacting closely with clients, Shelby learned about communication and building and maintaining business relationships — the foundations on which successful real estate careers are built. As a frequent mover, Shelby was often exposed to real estate and always found the process intriguing. She’s been working in the industry since 2016, assisting with transactions from post-closings to gathering the necessary information and documents to help international clients. Shelby is also a notary public.

 

When Shelby’s not working, she enjoys paddleboarding in the Florida sunshine, attending hockey games, game nights with friends, and taking her pug, Nacho, to the dog park. She also volunteers for a local charity that builds playsets for foster children.
